Pricing Information for Assessments
At The Aspen Clinic, we follow NICE guidance to ensure our assessments are tailored and individualised to meet each person’s unique needs. Our CQC registered practice and experienced team provides the highest quality of care and support throughout the assessment process and beyond.

Initial Consultation
£150
During an initial consultation, you will first complete a series of questionnaires designed to gather important information about your history, symptoms, and concerns. This helps our team understand your unique needs. Following the completion of the questionnaires, you will have a clinical appointment lasting aprox. 60 minutes.
During this appointment, our healthcare professionals will further assess your situation and discuss potential next steps with you, adhering to best practice principles. We ensure that you only progress to a comprehensive assessment if it is clinically justified. Our approach is guided by ethical standards and a commitment to providing value-led, personalised care.



Autism Assessment

During our comprehensive autism assessment phase, a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of specialists will use evidence-based assessment tools to thoroughly evaluate your holistic needs and conduct clinical interviews. The findings and recommendations will be thoroughly discussed with you and provided in a detailed report.

During our combined ADHD/Autism assessment phase, our compassionate specialists, adhering to best practices, utilise evidence-based tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of your holistic needs. The results and recommendations will be communicated to you in a robust report along with a discussion for guidance and support based on the clinical findings, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.

Support Services

Psychological Therapy
Led by Senior Clinical Psychologists, these sessions provide tailored strategies and compassionate guidance to patients. Our team of psychologists empower patients to overcome long-standing obstacles, improve their mental well-being, and create positive, lasting changes in their lives. The therapy service offered covers a wide variety of conditions and experiences, including (but not limited to):
• Trauma
• OCD
• Anxiety
• Depression
• The modalities provided include: Adapted CBT,TF-CBT, CFT, EMDR, DBT

Prescriptions
The Aspen Clinic provides prescriptions by Consultant Psychiatrists as part of the medication pathway.

General SLT Advice and Guidance
The objective of this service is to equip patients with the knowledge and tools to help improve communication abilities and enhance quality of life. The Advice and Guidance sessions include but are not limited to the following:
Assesses the individual’s needs, either through observation or discussion. Offers strategies and techniques to support communication development or address specific challenges (e.g., improving speech clarity, enhancing language skills, or supporting social communication).
Provides guidance on available resources or exercises to practice at home.
Answers questions and addresses concerns related to speech, language, or swallowing issues.

SLT Therapy
The SLT therapy program offers targeted support for social skills and executive functioning. Services include individual speech therapy sessions to improve conversation and social understanding, group sessions for real-life practice, and executive functioning support to enhance time management, organisation and emotional regulation. The program is flexible, adapting to each client’s progress.

ADHD/Autism Mentoring
ADHD Mentoring is a coaching orientated personalised support service. Through tailored guidance and ongoing support, this service helps patients build the skills and confidence needed to overcome challenges, stay focused, and reach their full potential. The focus of this mentoring is to support patients in improving productivity at work, enhancing personal relationships, thriving in social situations, or managing personal goals.

Group Psychoeducation
Group Psychoeducation offers a supportive, informative environment where patients can learn valuable skills and knowledge to better understand and manage their mental health. Led by senior Aspen clinical staff, this group setting allows participants to explore important topics like stress management, coping strategies, and emotional well-being.
By sharing experiences and insights with others, patients gain practical tools, build confidence, and feel more empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Group Psychoeducation has been established on evidence based improvements to patient lives. This is a powerful way to connect, learn, and grow, all while benefiting from the collective wisdom and support of others.

Individual Psychoeducation
The individual psychoeducation sessions offer personalised guidance to help patients understand their challenges and develop strategies that work. These one to one sessions are tailored to each individual’s unique needs, providing a safe space to explore challenges, build practical skills, and gain valuable insights.
Key benefits include:
• In-depth understanding of the barriers patients are facing and their impact.
• Customised strategies to manage emotions, behaviors, and daily challenges.
• Empowerment to make informed decisions and improve patient well-being.

Specialist ADHD and/or Autism mentoring for students
This mentoring service is specifically designed for students. These sessions help students transition to university by fostering a sense of belonging, developing social skills, and guiding them in accessing services and self-advocacy.
They identify barriers and implement strategies to improve emotional well-being, manage time and workload, and enhance both academic and social experiences.This service is delivered by a Speech and Language Therapist who is also a qualified higher education mentor. They have extensive experience guiding and supporting students across multiple universities.

Family/Friend Support and Navigation Sessions
The family support sessions are designed to help families navigate the challenges and opportunities of supporting a loved one with ADHD, autism or other learning difficulties. These sessions provide a safe and understanding environment to foster open communication, strengthen relationships, and build practical strategies for daily life.
This will include:
Gaining a deeper understanding of ADHD, autism or other learning difficulties and their impact on family dynamics.
Learning effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
Developing strategies to support your loved one while maintaining family well-being.
The goal is to create a more harmonious and supportive home/social environment.

Medication appointment initial physical health monitoring (Prior to prescription)
Physical health monitoring for patients requiring medication as part of their treatment is offered at The Aspen Clinic. This appointment will include mesuring blood pressure, heart rate, weight and overall physical well-being. This is to ensure any prescribed treatment is safe, appropriate, and effective for the patient’s specific health needs.

Physical review follow up
The physical review follow up at The Aspen Clinic is offered to monitor patient safety and progress against the prescribed medication. These follow ups are touch points for titration, regular check ups, medication alteration and optimising medication ahead of shared care agreements with GPs.

Post-Diagnosis Care
Following your assessment, recommendations and feedback will be tailored to your individual clinical findings. Our goal is to provide personalised support and clear guidance to help you confidently navigate the next steps and access the appropriate services. Any associated costs will be reviewed with your dedicated Patient Care Coordinator, ensuring you fully understand the recommended plan.
Post-diagnostic support is offered through personalised pathway packages, which are designed to be more cost-effective than sessional pricing while maintaining high-quality, comprehensive care.
